We support and endorse the Transgender Inclusion Policy by US LGBT Soccer. This policy was written by two local soccer+LGBT advocates and is highly relative to the recreation format of play most commonly found within the TC Jacks.
Transgender and Gender non-conforming community members remain the most vulnerable members of our community. It is our duty to create a safe and welcoming space for all persons, especially those who are most vulnerable.
